Securing crisis and meeting rooms
Threats in a meeting room
A meeting room is a risk area because screens, microphones, cameras, and video bars can be hijacked to listen to, capture, or leak sensitive information.
A guest computer or a connected device is enough to compromise the confidentiality of exchanges. Without hardware isolation, these devices become an invisible entry point to critical data and networks.

How to secure your meeting room?
To reduce threats in the meeting room, it is recommended to strictly compartmentalize systems, limit exchanges to only necessary flows, and physically isolate audiovisual equipment.
The use of dedicated hardware solutions (secure KVM, data diodes, power cut-off for devices) helps prevent any eavesdropping, data leakage, or attack propagation, while maintaining normal operational use of the room.
The combination of HSL products allows for securing meeting rooms through physical isolation of devices (secure KVM, data diodes, physical cut-off) to enable the use of audiovisual equipment without ever exposing sensitive data or systems.

Our security products for crisis and meeting rooms
Secure KVM matrix
The matrix Secure KVM HSL allows control of multiple computers with a single set of peripherals, while ensuring a maximum isolation and flexible display configurations, including in a certified environment NIAP PP4.0.
Smart power outlet
The Smart Power Port HSL instantly secures the room by physically cutting off the power to audiovisual equipment, eliminating any capability for eavesdropping or data leakage with the simple press of a button.
Video bar diode
The Videobar Diode HSL protects sensitive meetings by physically isolating audio-video streams, preventing any eavesdropping or data leakage, even when the videobar is shared between systems of different classification levels.
Secure isolators
The HSL video isolators ensure total material isolation between computers and peripherals by enforcing a strictly unidirectional audio-video flow, preventing any data leakage, eavesdropping, or attacks via screens or projectors, including in classified environments (certification, empêchant toute fuite de données, écoute ou attaque via écrans ou projecteurs, y compris en environnements classifiés (certification NIAP PP4.0).
Secure extenders
The HSL extenders allow for long-distance transmission of video, audio, and USB (keyboard, mouse, peripherals) streams in very high quality up to 4K@60Hz, via copper or fiber, while offering a great flexibility of interfaces (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB, USB-C) and simplified power supply thanks to PoE/PoC.
RS-232 Switch
The RS‑232 Switch HSL allows you to control all the equipment in a secure room from a single wired control point, while ensuring a secure command routing without compromising the integrity of the system.

Centralized control
The AFP (Auxiliary Front Panels) HSL allow you to directly and securely control a KVM remotely, when it is not physically accessible, by offering a visual selection that complies with the requirements of protection profiles directly from the operator's station.
